CONDITIONS

To exercise the right to a discount, the following is required:

1. Proof of Montenegrin citizenship – a valid passport or ID card (for students studying in Serbia). 
2.  University certificate for the current academic year (**). 
3. The discount is available to students up to 26 years of age (until their 26th birthday). 

Documentation needs to be submitted only once for the valid academic year, no later than 48 hours before the planned trip, to the email address: contact.center@airmontenegro.com.

NOTE: 

• All prices are expressed as a total amount and include airport taxes.
• Prices may vary depending on changes in airport tax amounts.
• Prices apply exclusively to travel in economy class.
• Prices are the same regardless of whether the journey begins in Montenegro or abroad. 
• One-way ticket purchase is possible; in that case, the price depends on the airport taxes at the place of departure.

FARE CONDITIONS (STANDARD):

Reservation: at least 48 hours before departure

Reservation change: changes are allowed subject to seat availability, with a penalty fee, the amount of which varies depending on the destination and time of change (up to 24 hours before departure, or within 24 hours, i.e., after departure). Changing the departure airport or destination is not allowed.

Refund: not allowed; only a refund of airport taxes is possible

Free checked baggage: 1 piece up to 23 kg 

Name change: not allowed

Name correction: a fee applies (up to two spelling errors)

Coupon usage: according to the sequence in the ticket

TICKET ISSUANCE:

If you have already submitted the documentation, send a request for reservation creation to the email address: contact.center@airmontenegro.com, during business hours for request processing, no later than 48 hours before the scheduled flight.

The request must contain:

• Departure airport
• Destination
• Date of travel (for round-trip tickets – both dates)
• For flights from / to Belgrade – also the departure time
• Passenger's first and last name (exactly as stated in the identification document used for travel)
• Mobile phone number with the country code where it is registered 

We recommend sending the request in a timely manner to ensure your seat on the flight.

* The right to a discount is granted to undergraduate or master's students.
** If the student is unable to provide a certificate, we accept a one-time copy of the student booklet/index (first page with personal data and the page with the certified enrollment for the current academic year).

Holders of the European Youth Card (EYCA) in Montenegro are entitled to a discount on Air Montenegro flights to all destinations where the company operates regular flights.

CONDITIONS

To qualify for the discount, the following is required:

1. Possess a valid EYCA card.
2. The card must be valid at the time of submitting the discount request, as well as on the date(s) of travel.

DISCOUNT AMOUNT:

EYCA card holders receive a 10% discount on the available fare at the time of booking.

• The discount applies to all fares available on the website, for travel in both Economy and Business class.
• EXCEPTION: promotional fares.

FARE CONDITIONS:

Booking: no later than 48 hours before departure.

Ticket change: changes are possible subject to seat availability, with the payment of a penalty fee, the amount of which varies depending on the destination and the time of the change (up to 24 hours before departure, or within 24 hours, i.e., after departure). For certain fares, changes are free of charge. If the chosen fare is not available on the new flight, the fare difference between the existing and the new fare must be paid. Changing the departure airport or destination is not permitted.

Refund: Not permitted; only the refund of airport taxes is possible. For certain fares, a refund is permitted.

Free checked baggage: 1 piece up to 23 kg in Economy class, 2 pieces up to 32 kg in Business class.

Name change: not permitted.

Name correction: subject to a fee (up to two letter mistakes).

Coupon usage: in the sequential order shown on the ticket.

1. Select the departure and arrival airport, as well as the date and time of travel.
2. In the display, by clicking on the desired class, a comparative overview of the fare conditions will open.

TICKET ISSUANCE:

1. Create a reservation on our website: www.airmontenegro.com, by selecting the desired destination(s), date, and time of travel, and take a screenshot.
2. Fill out the EYCA form at the following link Air Montenegro | EYCA Request and attach the screenshot of the reservation.
3. The airline will respond to the received requests no later than the next working day by 4:00 PM. The company reserves the right not to confirm the submitted request if there are no available seats at the time of processing.
4. All inquiries regarding subsequent ticket changes can be sent to the email address: contact.center@airmontenegro.com.

We recommend sending your request in a timely manner to secure your seat on the flight.
